Jet Luxury Van with Chauffeur in Paris

Mercedes Sprinter  ·  8 individual seats

8 armchairs, a cabin you walk into, and the only vehicle of the House built to continue on the ground what a private cabin began in the air.

The category

8 seats, and not one of them a bench

The Jet Luxury Van is a category of its own: a Sprinter converted to 8 individual reclining armchairs, with the space between them that an aircraft cabin has and a road vehicle usually does not. It exists for parties who arrive by private aviation and refuse to step down a class on the ground.

Mercedes Sprinter, 8 individual seats

A high-roof Sprinter, fitted out as a cabin rather than a bus. You stand up inside it. Each of the 8 seats reclines, has its own armrests and its own reading light, and the luggage compartment takes a case for every passenger. It is the vehicle that meets aircraft at Le Bourget, and the one asked for by name for delegations, artists on tour and family groups who travel together.

No car stays in the fleet beyond 4 years. Every vehicle is replaced on a 4-year cycle, conversion included. A cabin that is lived in at close quarters shows its age quickly, and we prefer not to let it.
Choosing well

Is this the right vehicle for you?

Choosing a vehicle is rarely a question of the badge on the bonnet. It is a question of who travels, what they carry, and what the day asks of them. Here is who this one is for.

You arrive by private aviation

At Le Bourget the vehicle waits at the aircraft steps, inside the terminal perimeter where the operator allows it. 8 passengers and their luggage leave together, with no transfer between vehicles.

A party of 8, travelling as one

A board, a delegation, a production, a family. Nobody is left to follow in a second car, and the conversation started on the aircraft continues on the road to Paris.

The journey is long

Individual reclining seats and standing headroom change what a 2-hour motorway run feels like. For Reims, Deauville, Brussels or a ski transfer, this is the vehicle that arrives with everyone still in good order.

Consider another vehicle if

7 passengers or fewer, and you would rather travel in a car-sized vehicle through the city.

More than 8 passengers, and everybody must still travel together.

Luggage

What actually fits on board

Luggage is the single most common surprise on the day of travel. Numbers on a website are easy to write and hard to live with, so here is what this vehicle carries, stated plainly. The figure below counts large suitcases, hold format. Small cabin-format cases travel in addition, in a number that depends on the load, and they are confirmed in your quotation.

8 passengers with 2 large cases each is beyond this vehicle, and we will say so. Groups arriving for a long stay, a tour or a shoot regularly exceed 1 case per person. In that case a Cargo Van follows the van and carries the rest, so every passenger keeps a proper seat.

Travelling with skis, golf bags, instruments or production equipment? A Cargo Van can follow your vehicle and carry the overflow. See the Cargo Van.

Large suitcases, hold format

1 large suitcase per passenger, hold format, in a dedicated compartment behind the last row.

Garment bags hang inside, beside the seats. Instrument cases and camera equipment travel in the passenger compartment rather than in the luggage compartment when you ask for it.

Every rate includes your chauffeur for the whole of the service, fuel, tolls and parking, onboard Wi-Fi and still water, full insurance and a licensed vehicle. At the airports, 60 minutes of waiting are included, counted from the moment the aircraft lands rather than from the scheduled arrival time, which is what matters when a flight is late. At every other pickup, 15 minutes are included.

Rates are in euros. They are a point of departure, not a quotation: the final figure depends on the date, the hour, the exact addresses and the duration of the service. Journeys beyond the Paris ring road are charged per kilometre in addition. A written quotation is always issued, and agreed, before a booking is confirmed.

We do not offer discounts. Our rates are the same for everyone on the same service.

Questions

Before you book

How many passengers and suitcases does the Jet Luxury Van take?
The Jet Luxury Van, a Mercedes Sprinter fitted with 8 individual seats, carries up to 8 passengers, excluding the chauffeur, with 8 large suitcases in a dedicated compartment. Every seat is an individual reclining armchair. For more than 8 passengers, the Luxury Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter 19 / 20) is the appropriate vehicle.
How does it differ from the Executive Van?
The Executive Van is a Mercedes V-Class: a large car, easy through the city, 7 seats. The Jet Luxury Van is a converted Sprinter: a cabin you stand up in, 8 reclining armchairs with real space between them, and a separate luggage compartment. For a short city transfer the Executive Van is the more practical choice. For an arrival by private aviation, a long journey or a party of 8, the Jet Luxury Van is the one.
Can the vehicle meet an aircraft at Le Bourget?
Yes, and it is what the vehicle is used for most. Where the terminal operator permits it, the van waits at the aircraft steps inside the perimeter and your party boards directly. Give us the tail number and the operator when you book and we arrange the access with them. 60 minutes of waiting are included, counted from the moment the aircraft lands.
How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget, 60 minutes of waiting are included, and they run from the moment the aircraft touches down, not from the arrival time printed on your ticket. A delayed flight therefore costs you nothing. At any other pickup, in the city or elsewhere, 15 minutes are included. Beyond that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle and is always confirmed with you before it applies.
Is the price fixed in advance?
Yes. A written quotation is issued before any booking is confirmed, and the figure agreed is the figure invoiced. Fuel, tolls and parking are included. Only a change you request on the day, such as an added stop or an extended duration, alters the amount, and it is confirmed with you before it applies.
Can the Jet Luxury Van travel outside Paris?
Yes, and it is the vehicle we recommend for it when the party is large. Reims, the Loire châteaux, Deauville, Normandy, Brussels and the Alpine resorts are regular destinations. Journeys beyond the Paris ring road are charged per kilometre in addition, tolls and parking included. Long journeys may involve a meal allowance or an overnight allowance for the chauffeur, both stated in the quotation.
Can we work on board?
The cabin is set up for it. Onboard Wi-Fi, charging at every seat, individual reading lights and a partition to the driving compartment. Delegations regularly use the journey from Le Bourget into Paris as a briefing, which is one of the reasons the vehicle is booked by name.
